Excel Tips – Copying or Cutting Formula

When you copy and paste formulas containing relative references, the references are adjusted.

Microsoft Office Excel 2003

1. Select cell with formula
2. Click Copy on the Edit menu
3. Select cell to paste
4. Click Paste on the Edit menu
   

Microsoft Office Excel 2007

1. Click Home tab
2. Click Copy command button under Clipboard group
3. Select cell to paste
4. Click Paste command button under Clipboard group
